Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed over to the appropriate shipping carrier.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of exceptionally high demand.

Shipping Methods

At this time, we only offer Standard Shipping.

We do not currently offer Express Shipping services.

This decision allows us to maintain consistent pricing and avoid situations where expedited shipping costs may significantly increase without guaranteeing faster delivery times due to courier availability, customs procedures, carrier delays, or regional restrictions.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Most orders are typically delivered within:

  • 7-10 business days; or

  • 20-30 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery timeframes.

Delivery Time Verification

Before any order is shipped, we review the estimated delivery timeframe provided by our shipping partners.

If an order is estimated to take longer than 30 days to arrive, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund before shipment.

If this occurs, we will contact you with an apology and explain that the order has been cancelled due to excessive estimated delivery times.

We implement this policy to maintain a positive customer experience and avoid situations where customers may be required to wait an unreasonable amount of time for delivery.

Shipping Cost Verification

Before shipment, we also review applicable shipping costs.

In some cases, shipping fees may unexpectedly increase due to international delivery regions, carrier restrictions, remote delivery zones, customs requirements, or other logistical factors beyond our control.

If shipping costs become excessively high or make fulfilment impractical, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund prior to shipment.

Should this occur, we will contact you with an apology and explain the reason for the cancellation.

Additional Circumstances That May Result in Order Cancellation

In order to protect both our customers and our business, we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders prior to shipment in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Product stock becoming unavailable;

  • Incorrect pricing due to website errors;

  • Shipping restrictions affecting the destination country or region;

  • Carrier limitations preventing delivery;

  • Excessive estimated delivery times;

  • Excessive shipping costs;

  • Other unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from completing the order to an acceptable standard.

If an order is cancelled for any of the above reasons, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please allow several days for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Tracking availability may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Severe weather;

  • Public holidays;

  • Transportation issues;

  • Government restrictions;

  • Events outside of our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
