🚚 Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we ship worldwide, however delivery availability varies with some products. If we are unable to ship the product, you will be notified and fully refunded.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over £15. You may be able to unlock free shipping under £15 via certain promotions.

💳 Discounts & Sales

How do i apply a discount code?

Enter your code at checkout before completing payment. Some discount codes are automatically added at checkout. Only one code can be used per order.

Can I use a discount code after placing my order?

Unfortunately, discount codes can only be applied during checkout and cannot be retroactively added.

Do discount codes expire?

Most discount codes expire, however occasionally, low level discounts may have multi-month or permanent lifetimes.

Storewide Sales

Storewide sales (Also known as Essentials, Unspoken Drops or Seasonal Sales) last for 14 days, after which there is a 7-day cooldown before the next one.

They consist of a sale on different item types (e.g tops, unspoken collections, seasonal clothing) and are automatically applied at checkout.

They tend to have a minimum spend requirement of £20 or a minimum purchase quantity of 2 items and do not overlap with other discounts.

Email Discounts

Email discounts are don't have an expiry date but are often updated every few months, so you may find some old ones no longer work after some time.

They also cannot be mixed with other discounts such as storewide sales or discord/social media discounts.

Discord/Social Media/Other Discounts

Discord/Social Media discounts are codes that appear randomly and expire very quickly. The expiry dates are often the last 6 digits of the code.

These discounts tend to have the highest yield but they also do not mix with other discounts.

💫 Wishlist

How do i save items to my Wishlist?

Click the bookmark icon on any product page to save it. You can view your Wishlist by clicking on the bookmark icon on the top right in the menu bar.

Will my Wishlist items stay saved?

Yes, as long as you're logged into your account. Guest Wishlists may reset after your session ends.

What are Atelier Bundles?

Atelier Bundles (derived from The Unspoken Collection) are curated outfit sets designed to pair perfectly together. it combines tops, bottoms and more accessories for a complete look.

Can I customise a bundle?

Some bundles allow substitutions within the same collection they were derived from. Check the Bundle description for more details

Are bundles discounted?

Yes, bundles are designed to be more affordable than purchasing each item individually.

Are Bundle gifts really free?

Yes, you will receive your free bundle gift (if your bundle offers one) along with the rest of your outfit set, no fees or faulty products attached.

What are your support hours?

We respond to emails 24/7 however it can take up to 72 hours to receive a response. Please visit the contact page for more information on response times

Where can i find the store's number?

Our number is currently unavailable as we are updating our number and setting up a new WhatsApp Messenger line. Please bear with us.

🔁 Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns/Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging.

Are any purchases final sale?

No, currently no items are marked as final sale. All products are eligible for return or refund.

How do i request a refund?

You can request a return directly through your order page or customer account. Once approved, you'll receive instructions via email.
