Return & Refund Policy

At Unspoken Atelier, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, damaged items, and order issues.
Return Window
Customers may request a return or refund within 10 days of receiving their order.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review or approval.
All products currently sold by Unspoken Atelier are eligible for return unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, you must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
To help us investigate and process your claim, you may be asked to provide:

Any other relevant evidence.
Claims submitted more than 24 hours after confirmed delivery may be denied, as we may no longer be able to determine whether the damage occurred during shipping or after delivery.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in situations including, but not limited to:

Significant defects affecting usability;

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Important Notice Regarding High-Value Orders
Orders with a total value exceeding £200 may be subject to additional review, verification requirements, or special return conditions.
We reserve the right to investigate high-value refund requests to help protect against fraudulent activity and abuse of our refund system.
This policy does not affect any rights that may be provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
Supplier Return Deadlines
Our suppliers and fulfilment partners may operate under different return periods and conditions.
To support our customers, we maintain our own 14-day return period wherever reasonably possible.
In some cases, supplier return periods may expire before our customer return window ends.
If this occurs, we will still make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, store credit, or another remedy at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow sufficient time for banks, card issuers, and payment providers to process the refund after it has been issued.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Refund Completion
Once a refund has been successfully issued, our obligations regarding the affected order shall generally be considered fulfilled, except where otherwise required by law.
Customers experiencing delays after a refund has been processed should contact their bank, card provider, or payment institution for further assistance.
We cannot issue duplicate refunds for the same transaction.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:
